A two-time author and award-winning speaker, Jessica draws from her own experiences as a female CEO to champion equity, confidence, and connection at every stage of a person’s career.

Founder

With over 50 years of experience in human resources and entrepreneurship, Dick is a seasoned expert in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth. He was a pioneer in bringing outplacement services to Indiana and has long been recognized for his innovative approach to executive search and employee retention. As a co-founder of The Center for Leadership Excellence, Dick continues to help leaders and organizations build stronger teams, navigate change, and drive lasting success.
